How can I request authorization for a return?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start

Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping conditions once your return request has been opened

You can return your purchase or part of it within 30 days of delivery of your order.

Your return must therefore arrive in our warehouse within 30 days of delivery of your order.

I received an incorrect or defective product, what should I do?

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact info@blowhammer.com, or use the form below within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return/exchange method at an additional cost.

Are there costs for returns?

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Blowhammer.com does not offer pre-paid shipping labels.

The customer will be responsible for the return and its contents until received by us warehouse. Blowhammer.com is not responsible for lost/damaged/non-received shipments from customer-chosen carriers.

Which items are returnable?

You can return all items within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Your return must therefore arrive in our warehouse within 30 days of delivery of your order.

The items must be in their original condition, the items must not have been washed or used.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will take 1-3 working days to inspect the goods and issue the refund.

How long will it take to receive my exchange?

Once we have received and verified your return, we will send you an email to inform you of the status of your request.

You will receive your exchange within 4-6 business days.
