How can I request a return authorization?

Click here to visit our return center. Enter the order number and email in the fields and click Start.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange.

You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping conditions once your return request is opened.

How long do I have to make a return?

You can return your purchase or part of it within 30 days of delivery of your order.

Your return must therefore reach our warehouse within 30 days of delivery of your order.

I received the wrong or defective product, what should I do?

If you received the wrong or defective item, contact within 3 days of receiving the order to arrange a return/exchange at an additional cost.

Is there any cost for returns?

The original shipping costs and return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. does not offer prepaid shipping labels.

The customer will be responsible for the return and its contents until it is received at our warehouse. is not responsible for lost/damaged/unreceived shipments from carriers chosen by customers.

What items can be returned?

You can return all items within 30 days of receiving the shipment. They must be in their original condition, clothing must not have been washed or worn.

Can I exchange an Outlet product?

Products can only be replaced with items of the same value.

Given the limited availability, if you want to change the size of an Outlet item you will have to choose another item from the same section, in the desired size and same price.

If you want to change an Outlet product with any other product, you can do so by paying the price difference.

Can I return a bundled product?

You can also change the size of just one bundled product if you wish, in which case the same return methods of any other product are applied. If instead you want to receive a refund for only some products included in a bundle, the difference between the total paid and the sum of the prices (at the time of purchase) of the items you chose to keep will be refunded.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have received the returned item.

We will also inform you of the request to open or return

If opened, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt

How long will it take to get my exchange?

Once we have received and verified your return, we will send you an email to update you on the status of your request.

You will receive the exchange within 4-6 business days.
